In Puerta Vallarta Stinky decided it would be fun to climb the stairs. We were staying on the 7th floor so little did she know she had a bit to go. She got all the way to the 6th floor before she pooped out. She brought Chu with her for some of the trip.
Off the plane and Stinky was ready to go with her too cool sunglasses. She actually kept them on. No problems through customs and there was someone there waiting to take us to the hotel. 
A little Tequila for the grown ups. Well maybe a little more than a little, it was the size of Stinky.
The girls were a big hit at the pool. They floated around the pool in their little floaty's and flirted with everyone they came across. There are a lot of retired folk down there and they just loved the girls. Of course I never got tired of hearing how cute my baby girl was. The daddies gave us a bit of time in the sun while they played with the girls. Stinky really enjoyed spending so much time with her daddy. All I herd all week was "papa" "papa".
This is the beginning of Stinky's first trip out of country. And there is no better way to enjoy it than with friends. Stinky and Chu started off their vacation by riding on the escalator. They loved it. They gave each other high 5's and giggled with gee.
The smartest thing we did was pick up these $5 strollers at a consignment sale. We didn't want to bring our expensive strollers for fear they might get damaged, lost or stolen. Stinky has never really liked riding in the stroller. Most of the time she is in a carrier on me, but boy did she love this stroller. Every morning she would climb into the stroller in the hotel room and clap. We turned it upside down for fear she might fall onto the marble floors, but that didn't stop her. She just climbed on top of it.
Stinky thought this was so funny. Do I fit, can I go on the airplane. 
I used a basket, then traced and cut out a piece of fabric from an old sheet. With a rubber band I put the cloth tightly over the top of the basket. I cut a small hole in the top so Stinky could put her hand in it. I set it out on her little tray area. She was interested in it immediately. First she inspected the outside then with hesitation stuck her hand inside. I had placed a few random objects like the cap from a milk jug, an eye dropper and a cookie cutter. Once she was able to pull one thing out she wanted to know what else she could find. She inspected each object and then put it back into the basket. I intend to add new objects to the activity to see keep her interested as she discovers new objects. Cost $0, but full of learning and entertainment.
